Many hotels are starting to advertise ‘packages’ especially as Easter is less than a month away, school holidays in April and the thought that the long, busy, hot summer season will be ending in the near future. Don’t forget though that Central Otago will enjoy their “leaf peepers”. Your romantic weekend could involve a tour of the autumnal leaves through Arrowtown and Queenstown! If you would like some more ideas for your ‘package task’ you could also look to some of the Northern Hemisphere countries who are promoting end of winter packages. For example check out some of the packages that luxury hotel company Ritz Carlton are offering at the moment. I also liked this novel idea for a “Leapend“
